Right of withdrawal - return guarantee

 

According to the provisions of the Government Decree 45/2014 (II.26.) on the detailed rules of contracts between the consumer and the company (hereinafter: the Decree), in the case of a purchase made in the webshop, the customer is entitled to a 14-day return guarantee (right of withdrawal), our company provides a 30-day return guarantee, so you from the receipt of the goods (when buying and selling several products, if the individual products are delivered at different times, the last one is served within 30 days of receiving the product) you can use your right of withdrawal without giving reasons. You can also exercise your right of withdrawal in the period between the date of conclusion of the contract and the receipt of the product. According to the provisions of the Decree and thus to the present general terms and conditions, the customer can only exercise the right of withdrawal if he purchased the product as a consumer (that is, an individual) and not as a business. This right does not apply to products purchased in the name of, on behalf of, or in the course of business activities. The consumer can exercise his right of withdrawal by sending the sample withdrawal statement or a clear statement regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal to KNXPlaza Kft. If the consumer exercises his right of withdrawal in writing, it is sufficient to send the withdrawal statement within 30 days (it does not have to be received within 30 days). The consumer must return the product to us, KNXPlaza Kft. address: Gelei József utca 3. (FSZT.1.), 6724 Szeged, preferably in its original packaging, but the presence of the packaging is not a condition. If possible, please return the product together with the issued invoice. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept the returned products by cash on delivery. You can choose a repayment method other than the one you used at any time with a written statement to that effect. KNXPlaza Kft. will refund the purchase price paid by you in the same way as the payment method, together with the "normal" shipping costs, within 14 days of learning about the cancellation (if the consumer does not choose the least expensive, standard shipping method - but, for example, 24-hour delivery - KNXPlaza Kft. is not obliged to reimburse the resulting additional costs). According to the rules of the Order, the purchase price (and shipping costs) can be withheld until the customer has returned the product in its entirety. According to the Regulation, the direct cost of the return is borne by the consumer. According to the rules (Section 29) of the Decree, the consumer may not exercise his right of withdrawal in the case of certain products (e.g. in the case of newspapers, magazines and periodicals, in the case of audio or video recordings in sealed packaging, as well as in the case of computer software if the packaging has been opened by the consumer after delivery, in the case of a sealed product that cannot be returned after opening for health protection or hygiene reasons, in the case of a product that is perishable or retains its quality for a short time, in the case of a product that due to its nature, it is inseparably mixed with another product after delivery, in the case of a non-pre-manufactured product that was produced based on the instructions or at the express request of the consumer, or in the case of a product that was clearly tailored to the consumer's personality, e.g.: products individually engraved or selected in individual RAL colors). In case of exercising the consumer's right of withdrawal, he is responsible for the depreciation resulting from the use that exceeds the use necessary to determine the nature, properties and operation of the product.
